    This doll is the Fantasy Goddess of Africa Barbie Doll designed by Bob Mackie.  As indicated on the box, the doll is for the adult collector, age 14 and over.  Contents of the box, as indicated on the box, include the doll, fashion, headdress, cuffs, shoes, doll stand, a reproduction of the original signed fashion illustration, booklet, and Certificate of Authenticity.
