Condition: The brochure and rice paper price list are overall in very good condition - showing a little wear at the creases and the rice paper edge is not perfect. The colors and photo's are sharp with no apparent fading. There is a soft bend in one corner of the brochure. Condition is also evident in the photos.

This is a brochure and price list from the opening of the new addition in 1958. The original portion of the hotel was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The brochure and rice paper price list are in good condition and would be of interest to collectors of architectural or Japanese collectibles.
