We are a small company that purchases overstock, closeout, liquidation, and store closing merchandise.
We search hard to find great prices and then pass those savings along to you.

We generally try and use actual photos of items for sale.
We do at times use stock photos though. For example, if we have 100 of a particular item for sale, we obviously cannot take a picture of all 100 of the items.
Whenever possible we will take a picture of at least one of the actual items for sale.
This may be a picture of the actual item, or to maintain the integrity of an item as ‘New in Box’, it may just be a picture of the box it will come in.
Please, if you are unsure about a part listed in conjunction with the picture shown, just ask.
We will either clarify the issue or send you a picture of the item you will receive.
Auto Part Fitment
We are NOT mechanics!!
As stated above, we are resellers of merchandise.
We guarantee that the main part number listed is accurate to what is being sold and that it is what you will receive.
We DO NOT guarantee the part will fit your vehicle. Please confirm fitment prior to purchase.
Feel free to ask any questions or request additional pictures of any item and we will help in any way we can.
We DO NOT accept returns of parts for non-fitment. In order to keep our prices low, we do not accept returns for mistakes that are not the fault of KLAMEit.
Warranty
We are not the manufacturer of any of the products we sell.
Unless otherwise noted in the product description, there is no warranty via KLAMEit on any item sold.
This does not mean that the part may not still be eligible for a warranty through the manufacturer, but this would be on a case by case basis and the responsibility of the buyer to confirm.
Liability
With purchase, the buyer agrees to not hold KLAMEit liable for any incidental or consequential damage of any item being sold.
This includes any loss resulting from any part being installed resulting in personal injury, labor costs, or loss of income.
At no time will KLAMEit be responsible for any liability greater than the item being purchased.
Defects
If within 30 days a return is requested due to product defect or an issue with KLAMEit, then, at our discretion and subject to availability, we will either repair, replace, or refund the item.
If we request the item be returned to us then we will cover return shipping costs.
Contact us immediately if you are going to request a return.
Refunds will be issued once the item is returned and inspected to confirm the buyer’s complaint.
Shipping
KLAMEit prides itself on FAST shipping.
All items will ship within 24 hours of purchase.
The shipping method will be at the discretion of KLAMEit, regardless of how it is listed.
We will ship in the most cost-effective way while still maintaining an acceptable delivery time.
We ship via USPS first class, USPS Priority, FedEx ground, and FedEx home.
If you need an item within a specific time frame, please let us know ahead of time to ensure you get your item when you need it.
KLAMEit will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Both USPS and FedEx have great claims services.
If in the off chance that damage does occur, contact them directly and they will reimburse what is needed.
