This is a vintage New Royal Safari Manual Typewriter. It's beautiful! Look at that color. I wanna paint my house that color. The blue is perfect.
It makes me want to sit in the sunshine in Cuba and smoke cigars with a beautiful woman while trouble brews abroad. But enough about me...
I believe this is from the early 60's. One previous owner - she said she got it for a graduation gift & pretty much forgot about it for half a century. No nicotine stains/smell. Looks absolutely fantastic. AND IT WORKS! I typed out a few lines. Could probably use a new ribbon, but everything seemed to work as it should.
This typewriter clips into the case for easy carrying. There's also a clear plastic dust cover and the original manual.
It's just freaking groovy. I think this would look great at your place.
