    Lovely blue skirt with wide ruffle at the bottom. Elastic waist. Made by Recollections. Size XL. I wore this for Cowboy Fast Draw and it has two grommets to run your tie down strings through. No stains, frayed hem, etc.
    Measurements...elastic waist stretches from 28 to 44"  and the length is 38"
