    Description

    Condition:
Used, pre-owned music album, 33rpm, LP vinyl record.
Grading:  We are not known for selling vinyl records on Ebay, we mostly have train and bus items.
We may not grade on expert level like Goldmine standards and like many music stores on Ebay do.
    Vinyl record:
We are not known for selling music. Maybe overall grading is good, or good plus..
Side A: has some visible scratches, at least 2 that seem light, not really defined ones.
Side B:  has very minimal scratches in some areas, not very noticeable like on Side A
Has some dust here and there, but not warped or messed up in any way to ruin the music being played.  Vinyl record has not been cleaned by any type of machine.
If it was really in bad shape, we would not sell the vinyl and only sell the cover.
    Album sleeve details:
Overall would grade as "Good", no side split seams or watermarks.
Front cover is clean. Not much ring wear, no labels or writing, seems clean overall.  No cut corners.
Back cover:  left side has edges worn out/ripped in some areas and you can notice the cardboard.
Has some ringwear circle and white smudges seems like..not clean like the front cover is.
Please rely on the photos to determine the quality level of the album prior to any bids.
    Description:
Original single LP release of latin music/salsa made in New York City.
Very obscure record to show a NYC subway token on the front cover design to blend in the
name of the group, Sonora New Yorkca, and the album title: "Transit Authority".
There are singers on this, it's not all instrumental..
if you have a subway token on the front and call the album "Transit Authority", maybe someone
there took the subway a lot or had friends who worked for NYC Transit..who knows.
Kind of rare to show anything like that on a salsa record, here's a chance to get a rare NY related and subway related record for your collection..
This album was released by New York based LOMA in 1982, catalog number is LMLP-1001
This is a 33 rpm vinyl release and in Stereo.  The name LOMA says here is abbreviation for Lower Manhattan and they are based on Delancey Street.. Details say this was recorded in April 1982.
    Side A:  has 4 tracks
    Side B: has 4 tracks
This is not a CD copy, only the original release LP  how it was released in 1982.
If you like old subway history of NYC and latin music from the 1980's, this maybe something you would like for your collection.
