Used in a production of Hello Dolly
Handmade. Lots of effort and time
Ruffles done with a ruffler foot- lots of volume
10-12 yards of fabric used for each set
All usable condition. Some do have reversible adjustments/ pickups/ hems that were made for the actor selling AS-IS
Petticoats have drawstring but can easily be replaced with elastic
