from a retired R-32 subway car.
This type of builder plate was installed in R-32 subway cars that year when rebuilt by Morrison-Knudsen (MK).
Measures 2 1/2 inches by 8 7/8 inches.
Condition as shown in photos.
Please note car number 3746 written in marker on the back.
