Look at the edges for a few defects as well as tiny holes where the creases cross. At one point many years ago someone sold this map for and the pencil mark is in the back of the map. Showing 3.00...
A rare find. A missing piece of New York City. Almost 100 years old!!
(Does the copyright end after a hundred years? I'm not sure.)

There are some wrinkles in the map. A slight tear on top (about a half inch in the upper left hand side0 and some edgeware (and the holes I mentioned). This is a used piece of history that was actually and most likely well used.
