Samaposha Aggala
Samaposha 1 cup (100g), scraped coconut ½ cup (50g), sugar 1/3 cup (30g), pinch of salt (0.3g), water if necessary
Main method of preparation
Add coconut, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix, to that add the Samaposha and mix again if necessary add water to hold the mixture in to palm and make aggala
Breakfast cereal
Samaposha – 50g (5tbs), sugar 5g (1/2tbs), milk powder 20g (2tbs) or milk 150ml (1cup), drinking water 150ml (1cup) and pinch of salt (0.3g)
Optional method of preparation
Add Samaposha,Sugar,milk powder and salt in a bowl and mix, to that add water or milk and stir well for consumption. (If use milk no  need of adding milk powder and water)
