All of my photos and videos are shot and filmed under natural lighting. I do not use artificial lighting and I do my best to capture the raw and true color tones of its condition.

Does it work? YES, 134 years old and still types!
Please see the type sample in the photos above. I would grade this Crandall typewriter as museum quality condition. I say that because almost all the hand painted pinstripes are in great condition, and most importantly, the mother of pearl inlay is to die for. These photos don’t do it justice because it’s truly a master piece to see the gorgeous, victorian floral design in person.
There are some blemishes on the black paint and nickel finish, but overall in great and original condition. I've also installed all new rubber feet.
What does it come with?
It comes with a Crandall New Model Typewriter, an authentic newspaper ad, reproduced paper manual, green velvet base and unformed Crandall typewriter type sleeve. The type sleeve is made of copper and is in excellent condition. The best thing in this entire package is the history that carries with the typewriter. The following is written underneath the base: “Oscar Kastet. Rothsay, Minn. 1908” (Photo referenced above). Oscar may be the original owner and having that history trail is truly incredible.
